⁣Magnetic Tape, a single IPA brewed with oats and Mosaic & Motueka hops, is all about big, fresh, and radiant tropical fruit character. Papaya and watermelon rind dominate the nose and the flavor oozes with peach, melon and citrus zest. The finish is on the drier side making for a high drinkability quotient!

This unfiltered pilsner is a flawlessly executed, clean and elegant crusher. Building its base up from step mashed German pilsner malt, we hopped with Huell Melon in the kettle, fermented in the upper 40’s, and dry hopped with Saphir — a delightful German varietal that lends black-pepper spice and a marked noble character reminiscent of Hallertau Mittelfruh. It is quite hoppy in an old-world mode, ultra-soft on the palate, and rewards a slow pour with a dense head of meringue-like foam that lasts all the way to the bottom of the pint.

This recession special Lite Lager is brewed with all of the care and perfectionism we bring to our pilsners, but with 100% american ingredients and less of everything: less malt, less hops, less body. Because this delicate beer is perfect for drinking in vast quantities while enjoying classic boomer summer activities like TUBING, MOWING THE LAWN, or GRILLING MEATS, we are for the first time offering a beer in a 12oz 6-pack format! 4.2% ABV.

Prose Poem is the perfect prelude to summer. Bright,
juicy, tangy, tart—this foeder-fermented sour ale with
mango and passionfruit is a true sunshine sipper. The
piercing intensity of passionfruit is tempered with juicy
mango sweetness and subtle layers of brett-fueled funk.

Salty Nut Roll is a nod to every brewer’s favorite snack
—the inimitable Salted Nut Roll. This imperial stout,
employing the superbly harmonious ingredients of
peanuts & marshmallows, strikes a strong balance
between sweet and roasty. The brown sugar,
caramelized in flavor, adds a satisfying depth to this
13% stout.

Brewed with complexly step mashed Pilsner malt and
a generous whirlpool addition of noble hops, this is
pure old world elegance. We think it’s best enjoyed
with a slow pour into the center of a tall glass, to raise
that gorgeous rocky white head that lasts right down to
the last sip. Quenching with notes of hay, pepper,
candied citrus. Noble hops age very differently than
new world hops; we like to savor the flavor transitions
over months in the bottle. 5.5% ABV

This bière de miel is brewed with buckwheat honey
from Nature’s Way Farm in the Finger Lakes and
fermented with a mixed culture of farmhouse ale yeast
and brettanomyces. To add the perfect touch of
complexity, we blended this young beer with selec
t barrels of aged sour ale from our library. Touch of
honey sweet with farmhouse funk and a light, bright,
and refreshing acidity! 7.2% ABV

With its deep fuchsia color and vibrant berry/cherry
flavors, Dappling is hitting all the marks. Ripe tart
cherry dominates the nose while bright blackcurrant
notes tickle the palette. The flavors are round yet bright.
The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth with a delightful
lingering prickly tartness. 6% ABV
